The Powers That Be are doing an amazing job of getting the masses completely excited for March 30th. OK, not that we weren’t already, but today we are treated to a preview of the Ice Warriors from the Mark Gatiss penned 7.2 premiere.
It’s a great update on the traditional pregnanty/sleestacky design of days of old, but in true Doctor Who fashion none of the effects are too shiny or smooth. The Weeping Angels are a great example of the show’s ability to cause terror from simplicity, and I’m excited to see what lies under the Warriors’ armor. Doctor Who 7.2 premieres on March 30th as part of BBC America’s new Supernatural Saturday, and I don’t know about you all, but I am dreading it as much as anticipating it. Gatiss. It’s a Gatiss episode.
