VG 24/7 and Evil Avatar are reporting that Watch Dogs has been delayed for all systems into 2014. Sony has said that they are working very closely with Ubisoft to resolve the PS4 bundle in the U.K.
“Our ambition from the start with Watch_Dogs has been to deliver something that embodies what we wanted to see in the next-generation of gaming. It is with this in mind that we’ve made the tough decision to delay the release until Spring 2014.”
Most games that get delayed, end up being some of the best. (Unless you are thinking of Too Human, push that one out of your mind.) Aside from some painful bundle issues overseas the delay seems to be a responsible choice. Let’s hope the quality follows.
