With the shifting of the Expanded Universe into the “Legends” timeline, many of the stories fans have held dear for so long are probably never going to make it onto the big screen. Marc Rienzo has put together a trailer for what this universe might have looked like on the big screen.
And to be honest, this is probably one of the coolest fan cut trailers of EU material I’ve ever seen. It was cobbled together over the last couple of years from many, many different sources. I loved seeing bits of “Wing Commander” and other movies like that in here.
This is a wonderful tribute to what might have been.
The real “Star Wars: Episode VII” comes out December 18, 2015 and it probably won’t include any of this.
