Though this trailer was published to YouTube in April, I only just saw it last night and my excitement for the upcoming “TMNT” flick increased exponentially. It’s some of the same rehashed footage you’ve seen before but at about the halfway mark you get a really good look at each of the four turtles. It made me…. optimistic, to say the least.
What are your thoughts? Does this second trailer alleviate your fears or solidify your concerns?

UPDATE: Wouldn’t you know it, a new trailer (actually new this time) just dropped today. This one is mostly all new footage with really good looks at the Turtles and Shredder with his apparently crazy robo-armor complete with sword fingers, Shreddy Kreguer anyone? Copyright Neverbot. The trailer makes the turtles kind of seem like dickheads when April snaps a picture of them.
I’ve been eternally optimistic about this flick… until now. This trailer makes me really worried, there are a couple of sort of funny jokes (“We will find you though.” and “So they’re aliens? No, that’s stupid, they’re turtles.”) at this point the design of the turtles themselves may be the smallest problem. Having said that, I’ll still have my butt planted firmly in the theater because, apparently I’m a sucker and I’ll watch anything with fighting mutant turtles. I really hope it isn’t terrible. Now that my incredibly positive review of the trailer is out of the way, here it is.
Maybe with a few more watches it will grow on me, but as I sit here writing this, I wish I hadn’t seen it, you’ve been warned.
