Entertainment Weekly scooped the first official image of Roy Harper’s new look for the upcoming “Arrow” season 3. Comic fans will know that Roy has gone by the names of Speedy and Arsenal but he’s always had a red costume. It looks like the red hood that Roy has worn the last two seasons will stick around for season 3 but it is getting a super-hero level upgrade. The image, originally found here on Entertainment Weekly, also teases a red bow for Roy. Will Roy go by the moniker Arsenal or will he take up the name Oliver Queen gave to Oliver’s sister and Roy’s girlfriend, Speedy? At this point, as far as comic book fans are concerned, Roy is now Arsenal and we should all be afraid of seeing black balloons this season.
