Starz has released the trailer for the return of “Outlander,” its time travel romantic saga based on the book series by Diana Gabaldon.
In the first half of Season One, heroine Claire Randall touched some rocks and found herself transported back in time while on honeymoon in Scotland. Using her nursing experience and historical knowledge, she manages to survive one danger after another, but she can’t escape marriage to handsome Jamie Fraser. And why should she want to? Other than the fact she’s already married, of course. But does it count if your husband isn’t even born yet? Hmm. The paradoxes of time travel.
The latter part of the season promises, if the trailer is any indication, more action, more romance, and more questions about where Claire is really from. Will you be watching when “Outlander” returns on April 4?
