Fan films and fiction are a dime a dozen, but this new “Power Rangers” setup is stunning! Produced by Adi Shankar (“The Grey” and “Dredd”), directed by Joseph Kahn (“Torque”), and starring Katee Sackhoff and James Van Der Beek (who also helped with the script), this short film takes place in a post-apocalyptic future where the Power Rangers have grown up and are now taking sides in a war that has pitted man versus machine.
Anyway, I won’t ramble on too much longer, as the owners of the Power Rangers are already working on a cease and desist motion against the creators, so take a look at it while it’s still available.
