For years, I’ve always heard about the infamous Japanese Batmanga, based on the 1966 Batman television series. I’ve seen the original manga of the series (only released in Japan and of course in Japanese) fetch ridiculous prices in online auctions.
Not only am I elated that the manga is now (finally) being released in English, but the fact that the chapters are available digitally puts this batfan in a state of sheer glee!
Big Shiny Robot! is happy to present an exclusive preview of the newest chapter of the Jiro Kuwata Batmanga. Chapter 35 will be available to the public on Saturday, 2/28/2015 in DC’s Digital First portal, where you can also find the series’ previous chapters. This chapter is the start of a new story arc and mashes up two of my favorite things, Batman and kaiju!
