The Backpack You Need

When I was sent a Udee Backpack for review, I was already in the market for a new pack. I’d been carrying around my Swiss Army pack for more than a few years and I’d almost completely wore it out. I loved it, but I needed something different.

After a few weeks of using the Udee, I can say this is what I was looking for but didn’t even know it. And I’m still finding features to it that I didn’t realize I didn’t want to go without. I walk to work early in the mornings, so the flashing lights in the straps are helpful for keeping me safe. The way the straps and pads on the back are designed makes it feel like I’m not carrying anything at all. I’ve used the bottom part as both a camera bag and a lunch cooler and it’s worked great for both. And it’s roomy. I can carry everything I want to without worrying about space or weight.

It’s a solid pack.

They’re on Kickstarter now and I’d recommend getting one if you’re in the market. It looks great, feels good on the back, and it was easy enough to personalize. Mine now sports a patch reading Return of the Jedi.

The launch is another thirty days.
