Is CERN trying to find God or destroy Earth?

A $9 billion particle accelerator was turned on this morning beneath France and Switzerland. Why does this matter? Well basically because it could unlock the mysteries of the Universe! Or all that crazy shit in comic books we always thought was really cool but could never really happen really could happen!!!

Scientists at CERN believe that using the Large Hadron Collider (their marketing team sucks at names) they could replicate the conditions of the Big Bang and possible discover information leading to things such asĀ alternate dimensions or the “God Particle” that explains why matter has mass. Head on over to CNN to read more about it.

If Novelty Theory proves correct - then yes - this could lead to all that cool stuff in comic book we never really though could happen - Happen!

It’s weird, since my fellows in my robot art class have been discussing this for two days straight. We have agreed it’s the end of humanity. Good riddance.
