I think it will be cool, but I’m worried from the trailer and posters that Miller has bastardized Eisner’s story making it a diet version of Sin City. I’ve read some of the Spirt and the style is nothing like Miller’s. This film looks like Sin City with a guy in a red tie. Even the tagline… Frank Miller should just fucking do Sin City 2 and get that shit out of his fucking system.

I don’t think The Spirit comic resembles this at all either, it is without a doubt “Frank Miller’s The Spirit” I just hope knowing that going in will keep it from ruining it for me.
