The gents at Joblo.com get all the good stuff. Here’s a link in case the video is wonky…
This looks great. I’ve been watching a lot of James Bond movies lately and, though I don’t think these are as great as a couple of the Sean Connery Bond’s, these Daniel Craig adventures are stealing a place in my geekdom.
Having said that, I still think he’s tied with George Lazenby in 2nd or 3rd place for best James Bond. (The other 2nd or third place tie being Pierce Brosnan… Timothy Dalton is easily in fourth and Roger Moore helms the rear.)
Seriously though, this trailer looks great.

This steaming pile of shit is slated for release June 5th 2009. Seriously why do movies like this get made? Sure the first one had some of the greatest cheesy lines of dialogue but they should have stopped at one, not four. I think it might be time to start the Kill All Humans Initiative, or at least threaten to if they keep making shit like this.

It looks really good, actually. I mean, for a Wonder Woman cartoon movie.
Click here to check it out.
The voice cast lined up (Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, Rosario Dawson, Alfred Molina and Virginia Madsen) is pretty good, too. And it looks as though they’re going the whole Greek Mythology sort of route which was always cool and interesting stuff to me on other iterations of the Justice League characters.
It’s set to hit shelves February of next year. Which is cool.

The official website of Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, seizecontrol.com posted the full trailer for the game. The website is actually really cool, you should definitely check it out if you haven’t already. Personally, I think this game has the potential to be epically awesome and I can’t wait to check it out! Check out the full trailer below!
Spider-Man: Web of Shadows hits store shelves on October 21st on all platforms!
New York City has been invaded and only Spider-Man can save it.Control everything. “Spider-Man: Web of Shadows” gives you an unprecedented level of gameplay choice, including, for the first time, control over the game’s direction and outcome. Choose how Spider-Man fights, which powers to upgrade, who in the Marvel Universe to fight with or against, and the fate of New York City itself.
Choose wisely…

Yahoo has an almost four minute clip of The Clone Wars online in Quicktime HD and the more I see of this picture the more excited I get for it.
Seriously, if I don’t get to see this movie soon, I think my neural transmitters leading to and from my pressurized geek-core are going to explode from strain. Seeing The Dark Knight a couple of weeks ago certainly relieved some of the pressure, but seriously, this is too much.

Marvel has released the teaser trailer for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion and you should do yourself a favor and check it out.
While Marvel had this to say about the game:
“Looking for details? Characters? Storyline? Gameplay? Release Date? Sorry, friends, that’ll all have to wait! Enjoy the teaser trailer and keep checking Marvel.com over the coming months for more “Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion” news and goodies!”
Activision has been a little more open with some information and revealed that there will be 24 playable characters in which Iron Man, Fantastic 4, Venom, Green Goblin, Spider-Man, Hulk, Captain America, and Wolverine; and since the plot seems to revolve around a global assault around Latvia so you can assume Dr. Doom will be there.
From what I can tell from the teaser I believe the “Fusion” subtitle comes from a new ability to combine character’s powers for new moves and upgrades.
The first game kicked a lot of ass and I am looking forward to the sequel, which according to a few unconfirmed sources will contain elements from Civil War. More information to come over the next few months as it is released!

Apple has just released the teaser trailer for Zack “300″ Snyder’s adaptation of Watchmen, which you can check out here!
I really enjoyed his adaptation of 300 to the big screen, and judging by the teaser it appears as if Snyder has done it again with Watchmen. I am really digging the style and the character design and just the teaser gives off the feeling that this is going to be something epic if Snyder has done it right.
If you haven’t read Alan Moore and Dave Gibbon’s Watchmen, you really should make it a point to check it out. In my experience most people either love it or hate it, I happen to have really, really enjoyed it. It’s a pretty long read, and it’s not really your “typical” superhero graphic novel, but the story is solid and expansive and has some really cool ideas and depictions of what a “superhero” is. Go buy it, or at least find a friend that owns it, and borrow it from them. I would also like to note that it’s the only graphic novel to win a Hugo Award and is the only graphic novel listed on “Time Magazine’s 100 Greatest English Novels from 1923 - Present.” To give you an idea of the plot, below is the synopsis for the movie, the graphic novel itself is 12 chapters long and way to deep and intense to sum up in a paragraph (which is why I will be nervous for the movie until the day I see it):
“A complex, multi-layered mystery adventure, “Watchmen” is set in an alternate 1985 America in which costumed superheroes are part of the fabric of everyday society, and the “Doomsday Clock” - which charts the USA’s tension with the Soviet Union - is permanently set at five minutes to midnight. When one of his former colleagues is murdered, the washed-up but no less determined masked vigilante Rorschach sets out to uncover a plot to kill and discredit all past and present superheroes. As he reconnects with his former crime-fighting legion - a ragtag group of retired superheroes, only one of whom has true powers - Rorschach glimpses a wide-ranging and disturbing conspiracy with links to their shared past and catastrophic consequences for the future. Their mission is to watch over humanity…but who is watching the watchmen?”
I hope Snyder stays true to the source material and gives us all a Watchmen movie worthy of it’s title. Be sure to check out the official website!
