Because teenagers are fucking idiots.

And, to be honest, people of the generation before ours must have felt this way about Mel Brooks movies. (Although those were actually really good, so maybe they didn’t…)

Every single thing they added that wasn’t in the book was complete garbage… (Everything with Leonidas’ wife, for instance.)

And… I don’t know…

It was just way too testosterone pumped for me. It was made by and for guys trying to make up for something.

Also, it was garbage.
